Portfolio Management
Financial Institutions that use portfolio insurance products understand the importance of rate stability. To provide rate stability, we monitor each of our customer portfolios on a monthly basis and provide our portfolio analysis tools and reports via our website. We perform complete portfolio analysis on each of our large clients’ portfolios every 6 months. The model is shared with our clients and we collaborate using “what-if” analysis techniques. Any changes in coverages and/or rates are determined during these “what-if” analysis meetings.

On-line policy images, claim documentation images, claim worksheets, payoff worksheets, and appraisals are just a few of the on-line documents available to the lender’s claims management personnel.
