
Miniter-CVP Track Your Own
The Miniter-CVP “Track Your Own” is an intuitive and easy to use web-based system which
enables the lender to track insurance activity on their loan portfolio. The lender will receive
inbound lienholder cancellation or non-renewal mail from the borrower’s insurance company and
update the Miniter-CVP “Track Your Own” system with this insurance information. Once this
information is entered, the system has a flexible workflow process that can be designed with
custom phone support provided by the loan servicing department and customized outbound letter
campaigns provided by Miniter Group. A diagram of the system and workflow descriptions is

Inbound Lienholder Insurance Notices
Miniter-CVP automates inbound insurance mail at the lender by providing an easy to use
insurance update screen where borrower insurance can be updated by as little as two clicks of the
mouse. Once insurance has been updated, outbound customer service calls and outbound letters
are scheduled based on the customized workflow that the financial institution has designed in
Miniter-CVP “Track Your Own”.
Outbound Letters
All outbound mail is handled by Miniter Group. Miniter has invested in state of the art outbound
mail technology to provide low cost, accurate and verifiable mail to your borrowers. All outbound
letters are NAIC Model Act compliant and can be customized by the lender. Letter cycle workflows
are triggered from last known insurance coverage and are designed to work in conjunction with
the loan servicing department’s outbound phone workflows.

Outbound Loan Servicing Phone Calls
Your lending institution has invested considerable time and money in developing customer
relationships with the borrowers in your loan portfolio. Historically, outsourced insurance tracking
phone calls from non-lender tracking company employees directly to your borrowers have not
proven to be cost effective. The Miniter-CVP Track Your Own System was specifically designed to
enable lender-based outbound phone calls from the loan servicing department. Using lender loan
servicing personnel to verify insurance is proving to be the most cost effective approach to
