Contact Miniter by filling out information and/or the DPP Application on our website.
A Miniter Sales Representative will contact you to review your application, the Miniter-DPP Program Access Agreement and answer any questions you may have.
Your application will be submitted to Miniter Underwriting for Approval.
An Appointment will be set with you to review the Miniter-DPP policy and user training of the Miniter-DPP website.
Once you have completed training and signed the Program Access Agreement, you will be given your username and password.
When you first log into the site, you will be required to provide a credit card for billing, and change your password.
Your access fee to use the Miniter-DPP website will be billed monthly.
Placing insurance on your collateral will require you to log into the Miniter-DPP system and enter the borrower and collateral information then press “Place Coverage”.
Once you place coverage, your credit card on file will be billed for the 30 day policy. The rate is based on the outstanding loan balance of your loan at the time insurance was placed.
You may cancel coverage at any time by logging into the Miniter-DPP website, looking up the loan, and pressing “Cancel Insurance”.
Once you cancel coverage, your credit card on file will be credited for the unearned premium refund that is due on the policy.
An invoice will be available at the 1st of each month that you can use to reconcile payments/credits against your credit card statement.
You may cancel your access agreement at any time by notifying Miniter Group in writing.
